Compliant Communication
Electronic consent forms are signed by all clients, allowing referrals to be made directly in HopeHub and for all providers to work together to help clients move from crisis to career, ultimately reducing duplication of services.
Client Goal-Setting
HopeHub's client portal also allows clients to sit in the driver's seat of their own plan for success, with the help and guidance of providers they trust.
Data Collection
Clients are assessed using a standardized needs assessment in thirteen areas of need. This assessment is updated on a monthly basis, allowing us to collect real-time data regarding the progress and outcomes of clients across the state, all using the same measurement tools.
Resolving Legal Issues
A Court Resolution Report is completed on all TANF-eligible clients in the system, with information on what clients need to do to resolve any outstanding legal issues, particularly with the goal of reinstating clients' driver's license.
TANF Eligibility Determination
This eligibility information is shared between all organizations who are using HopeHub, reducing administrative costs and burdens on organizations and giving DHS a real-time look into the verification status of TANF-funded clients.
