The 100 Families Initiative currently operates in twenty-one locations. Each alliance is managed by a coordinator within a local backbone organization.

Set to Launch in 11 Counties in 2026, Thrive Iowa is an Initiative using the Restore Hope Model to optimize collaboration and better outcomes for families.
