10:33 Initiative

When someone is in crisis — whether it's a parent about to lose their children or someone coming home from prison trying to rebuild — the hardest part isn't always the challenge itself. It's knowing where to turn.

That's what the 10:33 Initiative was built to change.

A Clear Path Forward

Governor Sanders launched 10:33 as a first-of-its-kind partnership — bringing together state government, local service providers, businesses, and the faith community into one coordinated system of care. Named for the Parable of the Good Samaritan, the idea is simple but radical: when someone asks for help — whether they walk into a church, a government office, or a nonprofit — they shouldn't have to navigate a maze. They should be entering their community.

One system. One care plan. Government agencies, professional services, and neighbors — all working together to help people move along a pathway out of crisis and onto careers.
